These Terms govern your use of Aerolinx, a peer-to-peer file transfer platform that operates without internet connectivity. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aerolinx for personal or internal business purposes, provided you:

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
• Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you transfer via Aerolinx.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring you have rights to share any transferred files.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Aerolinx disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerolinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility thereof.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
